Terms of Service

1. What Leaf is
Leaf is a service for storing, organizing, and sharing HTML pages (artifacts) that you create yourself or generate with AI tools. By signing up or using Leaf you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address you register with and for keeping your password secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use Leaf. One person, one account.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to the HTML and assets you upload. You grant Leaf a limited license to host and serve that content on your behalf so we can provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to the content you upload, and for what it does when rendered in a browser.
Artifacts are rendered in a sandboxed iframe without access to Leaf’s origin or cookies. Even so, do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or designed to harm visitors, and do not use Leaf to distribute malware, phishing kits, or content that violates the rights of others.
4. Plans and billing
The Free plan has usage limits shown on the pricing page. The Pro plan is billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled case-by-case within 30 days of the most recent charge — contact support.
5. Availability
Leaf is provided on an “as is” basis. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that put other users or the service at risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Leaf is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the prior 12 months.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If the changes are material we will notify users by email or in-app before they take effect.
